We pride ourselves in being able to be there to help – Please note our normal charges apply during normal working hours.

Our normal hours of work are:

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm excluding Public Holidays. Our last appointment is normally booked at 4pm.

If you call outside of these hours we endeavour to answer your call. You are important.

Outside these hours of we are available for emergency and planned work. Call out fees will apply.

Please discuss our call out fees when booking your after hours job. Our Company has a “can do attitude.”

Know where to turn the water or gas off to your property
If you lose something valuable down the drain, stop any more water going down the drain - we may be able to help
If you have a burst pipe or tap flooding water in the house, turn all the other taps on. This will lessen the water pressure and then turn the water off to your property.
